Hi, Reader,

Did you give the liver techniques a try last week? If so, did you notice anything?

I've heard from a few of you that you felt like you had more energy.

The first time I tried the liver techniques, I felt like I slept better, possibly due to liver's role in melatonin production.

If you try the liver techniques, let me know what you experience.

Nourish (TOWARD)

Do you ever feel fatigued or short of breath with activity?

So many of my endometriosis clients do. And, so many of them have found restriction around their lungs.

Now, please don't misunderstand me. I am not saying that they all have endometriosis in their lungs. But those with endometriosis do tend to have sticky healing processes in general and struggle with lots of restricted areas in their bodies.

I have also seen that when they massage these restricted areas, they feel like they can breathe better again and their energy improves. It's been such a consistent pattern, in fact, that it's now one of the first organs we target in my group coaching program, Unstick Endo.

If I have peaked your interest, you can check out this teaser technique for the pleura of the lungs on instagram or TikTok.

Reduce (AWAY)

Do you have spring fever yet?

Here in Ohio it's gotten a little warmer and made me want to clean every inch of my house.

As I reassess my cleaning routines, my goal is to find ways to clean effectively while minimizing my exposure to things like VOC's (volatile organic compounds), formaldehyde, and fragrances. I'm always trying to reduce what my liver has to deal with, in order to optimize it's ability to deal with all my estrogen.

This week, I am making an all-purpose spray using water and Sal Suds to use in the bathroom. You can find the recipe here.

Do you have a favorite cleaner? If so, I'd love to hear about it.
