Unstick Endo Newsletter

Hi, Reader,

Alright, be honest. How did you do with the lateral femoral cutaneous nerve techniques? Those are seriously a game-changer for outer thigh tingling and burning.

What We Are Nourishing This Week:

This week on social media, I've been reviewing what the research actually says about organ massage. I've seen miracles with clients, but what happens on average? Check it out below -

This study that looked at organ massage specifically for deep infiltrating endometriosis. It found a success rate of 80% with improvements in bodily pain, general health, vitality, social functioning, and mental health.

This systematic review looked at the benefits of organ massage on adhesion-related pain and function, and found improvements in scar mobility, infertility, posture, a reduction in pain medication, increased pressure tolerance, and decreased postoperative ileus.

This study used a rat model so that they could provoke adhesions and compare the effects of different approaches to the use of organ massage. Their findings suggest that organ massage can lyse and prevent adhesions.

This retrospective study looked at 1392 patients who received organ massage for infertility. The results included:

-a 60.86% rate of clearing fallopian tubes

-a 42.81% pregnancy rate in women with endometriosis

What do you think?

Given the low risks associated with organ massage, I think these studies highlight organ massage as a great option for folks with endometriosis.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

As you probably know, I have a group health coaching program called Unstick Endo, in which I teach folks with endometriosis how to safely and effectively perform organ massage on themselves.

I feel very passionately that every person with endometriosis should be empowered with this tool so that they can reduce and even prevent adhesions from this lifelong disease, and, in so doing, improve their symptoms and quality of life.

For my next cohort starting May 1st, I want to try some new things: new formats, new technology, etc. I am looking for a select group of people who want to join Unstick Endo, but who would be open to sharing their feedback with me in exchange for a significant discount on the program.

If you have been thinking about joining but felt like it was cost-prohibitive, this might be the cohort for you. I never discount this program, so this is a 1-time-only opportunity.

If you are interested, please fill out this application by end-of-day April 24th. I will get back to you in time for you to join by the May 1st start date.

If you haven't watched my masterclass, be sure to do so before you fill out the application.
